Design Concept
Our tremendous studies and test have been put in play to produce the most suitable conveyors for battery oxide. 100% sealed to prevent the oxide escaped from casing.
Oxide temperature can be easily cooled down when conveying small quantity. As the oxide is relatively difficult to transport continuously, vertically, or on inclined path.
We have developed the bucket elevators for Snake Chain Conveyor based on the merits of the compact design and smooth flow principles. Snake Chain Conveyor conveys oxide with carrying blades attached to two strands of special chains in an enclosed casing. Oxide is conveyed between two carrying blades which make an independent chamber space without being stirred up. Please refer to the sectional drawing of conveyor for detailed structure.
